Terms and conditions

1. Scope
Our General Terms and Conditions apply to the shipment of all Purajoya products worldwide.

2. Payment terms
You decide how you want to pay each time you place an order:

2.1 Stripe
The payment processing is done via Stripe. Stripe is an e-payment solution for the online processing of payments. All data is transported SSL-encrypted.
Stripe supports a wide range of payment methods:

Visa Card/Master Card
The invoice amount will be charged to your credit card account or card account when the invoice is issued. The debit will only be made after the goods have been dispatched.

2.2 PayPal
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to easily pay and receive payments in online shops. With PayPal you can send payments online using a credit card or bank account. You need a PayPal account. To register with PayPal, please go to www.paypal.com and click on the "Register" link. The PayPal account and payment transactions via PayPal are free of charge for the buyer.

2.3 Prepayment such as bank transfer & Twint
We reserve the right to deliver only upon advance payment of the total order value.

2.3 Payment by invoice
PayGreen AG is the service provider that allows you to pay for your order easily and securely by invoice, which will be sent to you separately by e-mail after you have placed your order. The maximum order value for your order via PayGreen is CHF 2000.00. The payment period is 10 days. The billing address and the delivery address must match for security reasons. Before the transaction is approved, PayGreen reserves the right to carry out a credit check with the company CRIF AG in Zurich (Tel. +41 44 913 50 50, www.crif.ch). https://www.paygreen.ch/agb

3. Order and contract conclusion
You order in our shop by
- Add item to shopping cart,
- enter the delivery address,
- check the entries and complete the order by selecting the payment method and completing the payment.

After you have submitted your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and listing its details. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order.
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by delivering the goods or by notifying you of the delivery. The contract shall be concluded exclusively in the German language.

4. Terms of delivery, exchange and return

4.1. Delivery
Your order will be processed as soon as possible - and if in stock - shipped immediately. We do not charge you for delivery to the place of your choice. For express deliveries, we generally charge CHF 20. For some delivery destinations, express deliveries may be more.
In the event of non-availability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any consideration already received without delay.

4.2. Right of withdrawal
Whatever you choose and request - you always have 14 days to check everything at your leisure. If something really doesn't fit or you don't like it, simply send it back to us together with the invoice. Purajoya accepts unworn items without signs of use and in your original packaging. You will receive a receipt from the post office when you receive your parcel. Please keep this receipt in a safe place, because in the event of a lost package, your return can only be credited upon presentation of this receipt - provided the package was returned by registered mail. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Repairs, gold plating and other coatings, custom-made products and other work carried out specially for the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

5. Customer bonus
Gur & Partner GmbH has a bonus programme for customers.

All vouchers from the bonus program are non-cumulative and non-transferable. The vouchers are valid up to 1 year from the date of issue. A cash payment of the voucher value is excluded. The net value is the order value minus all discounts, vouchers and other benefits.

5.1 Customer Bonus
When the total net order value exceeds CHF 1000, the customer receives a value voucher of CHF 50, which can be redeemed on the next order.

5.2 Intermediary bonus
Upon referral of a new Purajoya customer, the intermediary will receive a value voucher in the amount of 10% of the net order value of the new customer's first order. The new customer must name the intermediary when placing the initial order (in the comments field during the check-out process). No intermediary bonus can be claimed after the order has been received.

In case of suspected misuse, a value voucher will be refused.

6. Warranty/guarantee conditions
Gur & Partner GmbH adheres to a strict code of honour which obliges us to take special care of our customers and guarantees you a serious purchase. You will receive a 6-month guarantee on all jewellery (does not apply to loss, damage, natural wear and tear or clearance items). Please keep the invoice receipt in a safe place. It serves as proof of guarantee.

7. Prices
All prices are in CHF and include VAT at the statutory rate. Errors and price changes excepted.

8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of GUR & PARTNER GMBH until final payment has been made.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution on the internet at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
This platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts involving a consumer.
The Seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
